Elena is, quite simply, outstanding. We worked with her two years ago when she helped us buy our first house here in Roseburg, and when it came time to sell that home and purchase another, we immediately chose to work with her again. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries, helped us decide how to price our former home and how best to navigate the complexities of buying and selling at the same time. She arranged showings at convenient times for us, (seven in one day!) and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a hiccup in the process, she would reach out immediately to make sure it was taken care of asap. There is no one in this town with whom I would rather work than Elena Mackey.

Elena was very patient and worked with my wife and I for several years before we found our perfect home. She was with us all the way and found exactly what we wanted. She was very responsive and showed us homes according to our very challenging schedules. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home

Elena had befriended my mother when mom contacted her about the posibility of selling her home.Mom thoroghly enjoyed her visits with Elena,but unfortunately,passed away before she was able to put her house on the market.I had a lot of "red tape" to go through despite the support of my siblings. While going through papers at the house,I found a folder and business card of Elena's.I contacted her and told her about mom passing and promised her that as soon I was legally able to,I would list the house with her she was very sympathetic and patient.I would use her again,in a heartbeat.
